Brett Pfarr

Brett joins the Grant Thomas Real Estate after four years of experience as a property manager in Minneapolis and the greater metro area. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he competed for the varsity wrestling team. Brett was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and a CoSIDA Academic All-American while representing the Golden Gophers. After graduating, he started working in property management and co-founded a small rental business in Minneapolis. He has built up an extensive network of contractors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, property managers, and investors as well as gaining valuable construction experience and insights into real estate portfolio management. Brett helps during the busy seasons on the family farm in rural Sibley County and stays involved in wrestling at the youth and high school levels. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling.
