Grant began his professional Real Estate career in 2008, and opened Grant Thomas Real Estate (formerly Vaith Realty) in 2010 as the Broker/Owner. He has always had a passion for real estate, and opening his own Brokerage was an exciting milestone! Grant grew up in the Twin Cities and received a BA in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas. Since graduating from college, Grant has worked in Construction, Franchising, and Real Estate. The expertise he has gained through these experiences enables him to provide superior insight and customer service for his clients. Grant’s background in construction has given him the opportunity to provide clients with information and advice that most Realtors can’t match! Vaith Realty has created an amazing network consisting of: Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Inspectors, and Construction contractors to make the buying/selling process as easy as possible for our clients. We’ve built a strong base business and continue to grow each year through referrals. Outside of Real Estate Grant enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their two energetic young children, Brooklyn and Thomas.
