Grant began his professional Real Estate career in 2008, and opened Grant Thomas Real Estate (formerly Vaith Realty) in 2010 as the Broker/Owner. He has always had a passion for real estate, and opening his own Brokerage was an exciting milestone! Grant grew up in the Twin Cities and received a BA in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas. Since graduating from college, Grant has worked in Construction, Franchising, and Real Estate. The expertise he has gained through these experiences enables him to provide superior insight and customer service for his clients. Grant’s background in construction has given him the opportunity to provide clients with information and advice that most Realtors can’t match! Grant Thomas Real Estate has created an amazing network consisting of: Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders, Inspectors, and Construction contractors to make the buying/selling process as easy as possible for our clients. We’ve built a strong base business and continue to grow each year through referrals. Outside of real estate, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling to new destinations, pontoon rides, and cheering on his kid’s sports teams.

Kelsey loves the opportunities that the fast-paced real estate world has to offer and hasn't looked back since joining the industry in 2019. Her University of Minnesota degree led to business and marketing roles that laid the foundation for her career. Kelsey’s business centers around education, as her goal is to guide clients through a transaction and equip them with the knowledge they need to make an informed decision. Providing prompt communication to buyers and sellers is her specialty. She won’t shy away from tough negotiations and comes prepared with numerous strategies to help her clients get the best deal. Keeping clients, lenders, agents, and the title company on the same page is rooted in her DNA as a previous transaction coordinator for a large team where organization was paramount. Kelsey is honored to be a part of the biggest purchase or sale in a person's life and does not take that lightly. She strives to be the best resource she can be to her valued clients and provides a hands-on approach to navigating the current market. Beyond real estate, Kelsey and her partner Andrew enjoy spending time with their dog, Wally, trips to the family cabin on the lake in Central Minnesota, DIY projects on their home, and playing in a local volleyball league.

Brett began his career in real estate in 2017 and leverages his network, passion for real estate, and high energy to create a value-added selling and buying experience for our clients. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, selling your home, or investing in real estate, Brett has the knowledge and competence to provide you with exceptional service and results. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Brett started working in property management and co-founded a residential rental business in Minneapolis. Through his work, he has built up an extensive network of contractors, real estate agents, lenders, property managers, and investors as well as gaining valuable construction experience and insights into real estate portfolio management. Brett competed for the varsity wrestling team while attending the U of M. He was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and a CoSIDA Academic All-American while representing the Golden Gophers. Brett helps during the busy seasons on the family farm in rural Sibley County and stays involved in wrestling at the youth and high school levels. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling.

Tom has been a licensed General Contractor for over 30 years as well. From property renovations to make quality rental homes, to remodeling for top-dollar and achieving the best return on the sale of homes. After remodeling for home owners and management companies as well as doing new construction of Single Family and Townhomes, there isn’t much Tom hasn’t seen or done with regards to home improvements and property sales through the years! Tom is taking his vast experience and love for Real Estate to move into a rewarding career helping people pursue their dream home or investment goals.
